What is the Learning Annex Wealth Expo?

The Learning Annex Wealth Expo is a full-day event featuring keynote speakers including Donald Trump. With a number of exhibitors and wealth- building seminars, the Real Estate & Wealth Expo is the best place to get started and excel in real estate investing. What time does the expo begin/end?

  • 6:00 AM - Check-in and on-site registration begins
  • 7:00 AM - Keynote hall opens
  • 8:00 AM - First Keynote Session
  • 8:30 AM - Seminars begin
  • 10:30 AM - Exhibit hall opens
  • 9:00 PM - Activities end for the day*

Who are the seminar leaders and when are they speaking?

Each expo has large line-up of expert speakers covering a wide range of topics. The seminars go all day, and you are free to attend any that interest you.* For a current list of speakers in your state, please click the City link. Keep in mind that this list is frequently being updated as we add exciting new speakers to the roster. Be sure to check back often to keep informed of any changes. A detailed seminar schedule will be posted two weeks prior to the event.

What time are the keynote addresses?

We do not publish keynote speaker times in advance due to scheduling issues and security purposes. Upon check-in you will receive a show-guide with a complete schedule for the weekend.
 

 

Who will be exhibiting at the Learning Annex Wealth Expo?

A number of companies that have something (or anything) to do with real estate and wealth building (and maybe a few that will surprise you!) will be exhibiting. There will be banks, mortgage brokers, lenders, auction houses, contractors, real estate agents, moving companies, interior decorators, hardware stores, credit card companies, wireless phone service providers and many other companies that can help you get your foot in the door. You will make contacts on the exhibit floor that will benefit you for the rest of your career!

 

 

What should I bring?

You will need a pen, a notebook, and two forms of ID (a driver’s license and a credit card). Also, please bring your ticket which will be mailed to you a few weeks before the event. In addition, you’ll probably want to bring lots of business cards for networking!

Are children allowed?

Fourteen is the minimum age requirement for a young adult to attend.

 

 

Is there a place to eat?

Yes! The convention center has a large variety of food and beverage outlets that are open during the expo.
 

 

I am coming from out of town, where do I stay?

There are many hotels near the convention centers to suit every budget. Check the hotel links listed on each Cities Expo page.


Is there public transportation available?

Getting to the convention center couldn't be easier! Click the directions link for more information!

 


Is there parking available?

There are a number of parking lots available. Check the directions link at the top for more information!

 

 

Is the facility handicapped accessible?

All of our facilities are handicapped accessible.
 

 

Are photographs, video, and audio taping permissible?

Non flash photography is permissible. All other recording is prohibited.
 

 

Is there an audio or videotape of the event available for purchase?

Not at this time.
